Also ongoing stings against hobbyists in Union city and Conyers.
ok, so here is how you keep your ass covered so you have fun with your hobbying.
1. NO discount shopping, stay OFF BP (back page) Where do you look? Here on TER, or on Eros (seek out authenticated providers on Eros, they have to provide a matching photo and ID, so they are REAL). P411 and date check is another place to shop. You can also stick to discreet agencies who you feel keep traffic down.
2. If a girl does NOT screen you then do NOT go there.
3. Never discuss details (this will help with solicitation charges).
4. Still nervous? Ask the girl to lunch, she may do it for a small fee and you can feel her out, LE does not usually want to waste time having lunch or coffee. most ladies may go to lunch on you for a small $50 to $100 fee and this can help you break the ice and get comfortable.
This is My best advice on how to slim your chances down immensely of running into issues and YES someone may debate that this or that can still happen, but whatever, everyone takes a risk this is how you lower it. if you want things to have no risk then start electing the right folks into office and fight for Adult laws to be passed. If not then all we can do is reduce risks.

You have a target on your back. I'm not going to tell agencies how to run their businesses, but when you have these apartments full of girls and traffic... you're at risk to be raided.
LE goal is to load up a bunch of BS charges like tax evasion and money laundering... best advice is to screen, screen and screen.
And for the guys if you have the coin get your own safe and private incall.

I am not sure about recent "busts" but here is what I know from my attorney.
1. An apartment is a private residence, police can not just go into a place with-out a warrant or with-out being invited just like they would not go into your own private home with-out permission.
2. Girls at an apartment there is nothing wrong with a bunch of friends "hanging" out together, too many girls are scared and if they act like something is up, they are giving themselves up. The police can sit right there in your face and say I have been watching you go in and out of this place and I "know" what you're doing. "Oh really?, what am I doing"? without them getting in and having proof then they can do nothing, the REAL issue is they separate a bunch of girls and talk to them individually and they lie saying like come on your friend told us this and that, just tell us the truth and you can go. What the girl needs to say is I have no idea what you're talking about. The one MOST IMPORTANT thing (and I am going to pass this along to all you girls) is you look at the officer you do have to legally tell them your name and give them your ID, they WILL try to intimidate you and you say "I have no idea what you're talking about" just keep saying that when they ask a question and then finally say look am I under arrest? at this point they will say no, if not then tell them well you have my name and number and I am sorry I can not help you, I have cooperated answered your questions and I do not know what is going on and then take your leave. If they continue they are harassing you and at that point tell them you will call your attorney if they continue (at this point they know you DO NOT have to say anything and they have to leave you alone). All girls need to stick to the same story at an agency.

Now this is just a matter of personal opinion where I am concerned but from my understanding most agencies allow girls to come and go, not having them come in until they have appointments so lets say there are 6 girls working in a day and they are running out and then there are guys running in and out this is too much traffic. And what the heck are these girls wearing? I have very strict rules about this not because I want to be a super bitch, but because I will do everything in my power to keep traffic down. I always have paid attention to where my incalls were making sure there were not a bunch of nosey neighbors.
The goal is to keep all clients and ladies at agencies safe, no matter how "bitchy" someone may think it is to have rules in regards to discretion it is something to not be toyed with and if some girl has an issue with me wanting to protect her, the clients and the other girls then she can work with someone else who will let her hang at the apartment pool all day and use the gym with all the other girls at the agency (yea like a bunch of hot girls hanging out are not going to draw attention).
This is a job not a party and sure it is important for ladies to enjoy their job and enjoy their work but how much are they going to enjoy having to constantly deal with the police or neighbors watching them? It is not worth the risk, there is no reason to be overly paranoid, but people do need to think of how it would look to the neighbors etc.
I am not sure how agencies are running their show, all I know is what I hear from other ladies and clients and I know I have been laying out some super heavy serious shit lately, but there have been some serious posts and concerns and I want to address them. I find when people get too scared it causes this major negative chain reaction and there is no need for that, guys and ladiies just need to think, do their homework and have fun.

Probably what led to the downfall of the bust the OP posted about. I read about that online and the article stated that she had 5-6 girls working out of an apartment in Norcross... I do not know any other details because I was too lazy to read the rest lol.
But like I said in my earlier post... some of you ladies are such good business woman I will never try and tell you ladies how to run your agencies... I'm smart enough to understand you guys have to do what you think is best for business... And me being a hobbyist... I have to hobby the safest way I see fit.
Everyone is entitled to their opinions... I just think the way I and a couple of my buddies approach the hobby is the safest way to avoid these raids and stings.

Agency has to many girls and guys coming in and out.... To much traffic...I stick to lower volume indy girls..in private incall Locations only. With maybe one other low volume girl sharing location at most...

there are precautions you can take to enjoy agencies girls without worrying about girls and guys coming in and out and to much traffic.
The best thing we can do as gents is to check this board daily for updates, read reviews, and see well reviewed girls with 5 or more reviews.
Nothing is 100%... but that's about the best way to avoid stings and raids... and from what I've read on the board lately most of the traps are coming from B
I use agencies only for the most part...the good agencies have multiple apartments and share the time between them and always have the same core group of girls using those apartments.... it's trouble when agencies have high turnover and a bunch of different girls running in and out of the same apartment. Indy girls typically share their incall with a few girls to reduce costs so they are really no different than most agencies and traffic is pretty much the same to them as it is to a agency.

Actually you are a little incorrect.... you only have to state your name in Georgia, you DO NOT have to provide any other form of ID or an address to the cop. Georgia is a "Stop and Identify" yourself state as of February 20th, 2013. In the case of Hiibel vs The Sixth judicial court of Nevada it was ruled that name disclosure did not violate the 5th amendment.... and that stating your name only would satisfy the "Stop and Identify" yourself law. Currently there are 23 states with "Stop and Identify" yourself laws and Washington DC. So if anything goes down or you are questioned, only give your name and play stupid..... always remember.... its not what they know, but what they can prove!
