My understanding is basically like Mr.Fisher's. I always thought it just meant more of a hard-core fucking experience, not all kissy,cuddley, romantic like a GFE. I am sure you will get many different opinions, even from the providers who advertise it.
I'm not exactly a newbie, but this question may be...I know GFE, having had a few, but what exactly is PSE? In detail?
A provider who offers PSE should be offering an experience akin to what you find in a porn video. That is to say, lots of screwing, cumming every which way on every which part of the body and often, anal sex.
It does not mean uncovered sex when either vaginal or anal sex is offered.
Not a lot of cuddling especially, or kissing for that matter, but it varies. Some providers like to mix a little PSE with their GFE now and then, it depends upon what the client wants.
Often, a PSE provider is a porn star in their own right, but not always.
Some providers who offers both PSE and GFE have higher rates for the PSE; there's a little more wear and tear on the body I suppose.

I agree mrfisher is a great member of this board. but if you want suggestions for your trip to Vegas, I'd suggest that you ask on the LV board.

As far a Las Vegas goes. The word is that the gals are pricey and not always worth it, so I've always brought my own along with me.
Also, LE is very active there, both on the hotel beat as well as the massage parlors, so beware.
You can always drive out to the legal brothels outside of town, or try out some of the well reviewed gals there. You'd be best to make reservations early.
