After many emails and telephone calls, including calls when on route to our meeting, my arrival in front of her apartment house (just minutes after our last call) was met with an endlessly ringing phone, and then later a roommate with some lame excuse. The roommate said she had "a family emergency" and had to dash but that she would have her call me. Nada. I emailed her. Nada.

I wish to let my TER brothers know so that when setting up an appointmenmt with her, they can be careful and perhaps have a Plan B in mind. My preference is a review, so that it will be part of her "file". A comment on the discussion board disappears in a few days from eveyone's view and memory.
