For a guy who claims he's quick at picking up patterns in things you sure miss a lot

I believe your exact words were "Yes, I'm quick at picking up patterns in things"
   
  If you don't see multiple meaningful patterns  in PBS omitting  Affleck in their  slave owner story,  
                  you're not nearly as quick at pattern analysis as you believe.  
   
             In your defense the obvious is often the most obscure.  
               I am trained to find meanings where others don't  see.
 
    I will give  you five stars  for your excellent skills in finding straws, in piles of sticks.  
   
                 Like we, I'm not most,  I definitely  can't answer for them.
             
             I don't enjoy watching something I already knew, I see no point in  that.  
                No watching Fox or U.S mainstream news for me, they are too often  a day late.  
                   I only watch World news on TV unless I'm at the bus station.
     
          Before I quit school in ninth grade my debate teachers required us to debate both sides of every issue they assigned.    That was never a boring challenge for me.
   
       Without being specific, recalling  some of those topics I had to debate and find positives where I only saw evil,  and debate their merits, to this day, give me a sick feeling in my stomach,......................   especially when I received an A.

       Most guys not aware of reality and  World current events only listen to Sports radio.    

   I quit "watching" U.S. mainstream news years ago, including Fox.  
       I do read U.S and World news online.  
   
       I don't care about OReilley, I don't watch his show or listen to him on the radio.  
   IMO OReilley is as  boring and repetitive as  Hannity and the PBS station that has "Wait  Wait don't tell me".
   I would rather watch water evaporate on a frozen pond than listen to any of the above three.    
   
  I do have a lot of time this month , I'm a Salt water Charter Boat Mate on the week ends.  
    The boat I mate on is dry docked, having barnacles scraped, new zincs and her bottom painted.
   
    To keep  my reels in working order I thought I would do some fishing here, thank you
          for biting my hook .  
       
      After reading a few of your posts, years ago, I would have been blind to the obvious, if I didn't immediately notice, you are not as fair and balanced as Fox.  

   To name one of the patterns of the five I see in the link I supplied, I was expressing my disgust with all U.S. Media, though Gates and PBS showed how weak they are,  for bowing down to a Celebrity, a good actor IMO, does not mean he deserves  more slack than any other citizen.
   
    I'll play your game,  Would PBS omit George Bush if he had slave owners in his family tree.

 What a bunch of bullshit. Most consumers pick what backs up what they believe already, not what is "the truth and nothing but the truth."    
   
 "Nixon should have been the first clue for  devious  minds, great men are doomed to be viewed by History as failures,  when they attempt cover ups, versus  facing  the truth with humility ."  
   
 Hmmm, like Bill O'Reilly? I guess he didn't learn that lesson, and yet he's still on the air and raking in the green backs.    
   
 Was this a news show? No!    
   
 Fair and balanced? I can't recall you ever criticizing FOX on a specific article or broadcast story. Not saying you haven't, however you seem to relish going after what you deem as the liberal media. Where is your fair and balanced coverage. Before you go there, I never claimed to be fair and balanced.    
   
 You must have a lot of time on your hands, and or a major hair up your ass in regards to PBS, to think this is a story with much meaning.
