I am a very successful trimix user.  My urologist is in the UCSD medical group.  The reputable compounding pharmacy they write script to is independent and the doc's don't get a kick back.  University Compounding Pharmacy in San Diego.  They have a good website and specialize in trimix.  They will supply by mail but will need a prescription from your doctor.  You may want to work with somebody local at first as you work out the right dosage.  So I think their prices are competitive.  I agree.  Private practice uros sometimes have a linking arrangement.  Pricing is somewhat difficult to compute because of varying dosage.  But as a bench mark, I pay around $150 for 5mg (two 2.5mg vials) of trimix 60.  I was paying $210 for 10 mg of trimix 20.  I have heard of men's health mills charging $500 but I have no idea what amount or what formula.  I have been through the whole titration process.  My price experience may be a good point of comparison if you find an alternate source or discover what your doctor will charge.  The stuff does have to be shipped with dry ice if coming long distance through the mails.  But it is done.

FYI.  Also I am finding problems with shelf life.  My practice's NP says the mixture should be good for up to even a year if kept refrigerated.  My pharmacy says 3 months and once a vial is opened one month.  That just maybe them being conservative. But I have noticed a drop-off  in effect after two months. So I now order smaller amounts at more frequent intervals.  A nuisance but it does seem to work better when fresh.

Good luck.  It will change your life.  :)

I'm a prostate cancer survivor. My urologist is suggesting Tri Mix shots. It involves a couple of visits for training and observation. Frankly, my first visit yielded very good results. Of course, insurance will not cover the Tri Mix. Anyone have a good source, reliable and reasonable cost? My doctor sells it, probably at a premium. Just looking for an alternative.

There should be some local to your area.  Check out their reviews and reputation before you compare prices,though...not all are reputable.
