I posted one not to long ago and it never showed up either. I contacted TER and they said it did not show I had posted one. I guess it happens . But after taking the time to send in a review I really don't want to re do it.
OK, someone help me here- I've never written a false review. Ever. I write accurate, generally complimentary reviews that are 100% fact based, but the last three that I've submitted have never seen the light of day. What gives? Why don't they ever publish my reviews??
...one is go to the top of the page and click on the My TER tab. Look left click on My Reviews. Look far right under "status" to see the reason TER didn't post your review. Fix it and resubmit.
Two is use "contact us" and ask them why they wouldn't post you reviews. Fix it and resubmit.

...I write my reviews as a Word document. Save as I go. When I'm ready to submit I copy & paste. If shit happens I have the original so I copy/paste & try it again. It's a pain to do the profile form again but it's nothing compared to having to rewrite it.
