I personally prefer TER and P411...

What's the most efficient way to pass screeneing by providors one hasn't seen before?
Time consuming and a hassle to go through the process repeatedly, and hate having to continually ask prior providors for references.
I've heard several times providors are not comfortable with TER white list alone.
Do providors have incentive not to give references?  Why create more competition for themselves?

Providers ask for references to ensure they're not meeting someone who's violent, crazy, has bad hygiene, a cop, a serial killer, etc. It's common sense to want to ask another provider who's seen the guy to make sure he's not any or all of the prior mentioned. There's actually no competition at all, there's enough dick here in the world for everyone. Chances are you're booking an hour versus a weekend vacation in the Bahamas, so trust me.. no competition at all.

Register on P411, Date Check, etc. Okays/Recommends help a lot.

...from noticing that you have 2 reviews posted.  What did those providers require??  That should be a huge clue as to what the other providers will require.  From an established provider's point of view, it is a waste of my time to simply get an email asking what I require for verification.  I just got one like this this morning!

Fill out their request form on their website.  It usually asks what your verification info is....Complete it, don't skimp on anything.  And them message them from the site you have your screening info on. Makes it very easy to verify, and then guarantee a meeting should everything check out!

My experience is that I usually do not get reference replies back from providers.  Maybe 10% of the time that a client sends their info.  And especially not if it's less than 24 hours.  They are busy also!

Thanks Brynn - you confirmed my thoughts on past providors.  Do you consider white list to be a reference, want to actually speak to past providors, or consider P411 verification sufficient?

There is a lot that goes into screening, which I don't wish to divulge everything here.  But getting on a prescreened site is the first step...  I always look at who the client has seen previously to see if it makes sense.  Above all, I trust my intuition!

(If I had a dollar for every client that doesn't pass screening ..... I'd have quite the stack!!)

Best of success.....  :)

what works for one doesn't always work for the other! not only with the ladies, but with the men. :)

brynn is spot on with going to a persons website and looking for a date request screening form.

not only that, but most everything that you need to know should be posted there. :

I personally do not need a guy to reach out to ask me for a reference , he needs only to give her my email and she can give me her website and ter number and I will tell her if I have seen him and If I would see him again . The cc is a bit off putting . Pollie

Interesting inquiry...

In my opinion, unless the provider explicitly requests otherwise... you shouldn't have to ask the provider each time you want to list them as a reference.

If I was a hobbyist, I would simply say.  "The providers I've met with most recently are ___, ___,..." etc.  The new provider should simply reach out to them to confirm that you're real, safe, and sane.

I don't understand why any provider would require the client to ask her permission EACH time she's listed as a reference; that just takes up more time from everyone involved!

Good luck with your hobbying moving forward :)
