will be coming to New Orleans January 30 - February 1

Last year I ran the 1/2 Marathon! This year, I plan to run the full Marathon on Sunday Feb 2nd!!

What I need is the same help I got from you last year... some "special" training... the BCD Cardio kind!!

Running is all about pacing, focus and the finish! Spending some time with me is a lot like the race. My maturity will help us pace ourselves so that we can enjoy the total experience. My passion will keep us focus on the prize of reaching the end together. And the finish will leave you breathless!!
