Executive orders that reign in the executive branch and direct executive policy, rather than legislating the affairs of private citizens, are legitimate.

I seriously doubt any disagreements Dirty Menendez has had with the administration influenced whether he will be criminally indicted or not.
Last month a friend of mine claimed Menendez has been shielded for years by the White House because he's a Democrat. Yesterday he claimed Menendez was going to be charged because he has recently publicly disagreed with Obama about Iran.
I've always had a feeling Menendez is a crook, when he stated the Cuba deal stinks
