Reading the reviews will give you a general idea of whether other guys were happy or not with the service.  

Find someone who seems like what you might want, and who has good reviews and cross your fingers.  If it's not exactly what you want, then so be it.  Enjoy what it is and take it as a learning experience.  

Once you have seen someone, you will have more freedom to discuss with them what you would like.

Many ads have buzz words that COULD be euphemisms for what you seek, but could be very difficult to predict.  You need to read reviews.  

Some girls who offer "anything goes" actually mean "anything but kissing, FIV, BBBJ, mish only, ...".  There's no Better Business Bureau to complain to.  That's what TER Reviews are for

Search reviews using "anal", and maybe "rimming", as search criteria.  Recommend also that you set overall rating average at 8 and above.  There are many providers in NY that offer Greek, less that also allow rimming, and I would bet you'll have to read lots of reviews to find ladies that are into watersports.  YMMV will also likely into come into play, so there are no guarantees.  

On the other hand, maybe you'll get lucky, and some ladies will PM you that may offer this, assuming (pun intended) you are VIP.
