I took a 20mg Cialis today before a session. I have another session scheduled tomorrow. I'm wondering if its safe to take another 20mg Cialis tomorrow or if there will be enough left in my system from today? I don't want to risk harming myself.

Cialis does tend to carry over but there's no harm in taking 2 days. I use a pill cutter actually & can take a half dose the second day.

Cialis is the "weekend pill". 20mg on day 1 followed by 20mg on day 2 may be overkill. My MD told me to try 20 mg on day 1 followed by 5mg on day 2 and 3. Worked great for me.
