When I got home afterward, I was bummed and pissed. And had an e-mail from an ATF disappointed I wouldn't be in Vegas that week-end. A complete 180...90 minutes later...flight, hotel, and rental car reservations made. Great week-end followed!
She is highly rated and all positive reviews. I get a text at 1015 asking if we can do tomorrow? Come on...that's lame. I guess thats the difference between 400 an hour ladies and 700.

I think it does. Providers charging 700+ per hour will not treat a client this way. I also believe they wouldn't be scheduling back to back clients.
A 600/H lady who canceled AFTER the start time of the appointment.

How can you say who will and who wont cancel? Things happen to everyone.
How would she respond if you cancelled 15 minutes before the appointment? I hope she'd be cool with it
With price point which is my only point here. It's crappy either way.
No provider is worth $700, only if you are into S&M and She have to do all the work, maybe, but $400 to $500 is the fair rate and you can find the best for this price. IMHO
