Hmm. Still rather new to the hobby. Why are these agencies particularly risky?
There are risky indy providers out there, and there are completely legit agencies that have many happy clients.
Some guys much prefer independents women. That's find for them. Some guys prefer the convenience of an Agency, and that's fine for them.
You are best off finding a reviewed provider or agency. The search feature on this site is very good. You should be able to find many well reviewed agencies.
