I am a relative newbie and am elderly to say the least.  I am experiencing a strange reaction when I try to contact a new ASP lately.  We set up an incall time and vicinity. I show up, sometimes having driven a long way, and call the provider for specific instructions and location. She does not answer. I call back several more times and there is no answer. Often her mailbox is "full" or "not set up".  If I can, I leave a message asking her to call me. She never does. It is as if, during the time between my scheduling and arriving, something has intervened to cause her not to want to see me, not even to want to talk to me. This pattern has existed for the last 10 days and the last 5 contacts.

I am puzzled. Maybe I am paranoid. but it makes me wonder if there is some kind of black list I am on. I can't imagine what for. I am very courteous. I often bring a gift. I am usually on time. I call if I am going to be late. I often cannot finish despite the provider's best efforts, but I consider that my problem, not hers.  Is there a review board for clients? If so, how do I clear my name?
