Truly men of remarkable ability while being conscience of their fellow man's needs. If more emulated them, the world would be a better place.
That the wealthy have far too much political influence in our nation and Citizens United exacerbated the problem exponentially. I find it offensive when a billionaire can practically fund a candidates political candidacy, Adelson in the case of Gingrich. The influence of money in politics has turned this country into an oligarchy and their are too many fools out there that don't want to believe it.

By "wealthy" you of course mean those with high incomes, or acquiring wealth. Most of us have to do this by working hard and creating jobs. If successful people who make this country work shouldn't have more influence in politics then who should? Politicians who buy votes by giving out freebies (payed for by you and me)? If there is a problem, it's that a welfare recipient has the same number of votes on Election Day as someone who supports himself and hires others.
