The Terri Shaivo case will always be remembered and is the primary reason why Bush should be dismissed as a candidate.  For those that don't remember Terri was left in a persistent vegetative state.  She had no will and he husband was her guardian.  Her husband wanted to pull the plug...her parents did not a devote Catholics.   The courts agreed with her husband and declared her husband could pull the plug and his wife would eventually die within a month.  Jeb inserted himself into a very personal and private matter.  He worked with the legislature to get Terri's Law passed, that gave him authority to overrule a judicial decision.  Thankfully, this law was ruled unconstitutional but Bush tried trick after trick in order to prevent the husband from doing the humane thing for his wife and let her die with dignity, even going as far to encouraging local prosecutors to open a criminal investigation of her husband.  I didn't know about the latter, but it is frightening the extents that this man will go.  He's just a more polished version of his brother and just as dangerous.  
   
 It was truly one of the saddest spectacles I've ever seen and shows the danger of electing closet evangelicals into office.
