I've tried Viagra and one of the things I noticed is when you take a lot it gets to be hard to cum. Has anyone experienced that with Cialis? I've never taken more than 20mg of Cialis. One thing I might mention if you are going to increase your dosage and you are in a "sexless marriage" I have noticed that even the next day after taking so much as 5 mg of Cialis, even the thought of sex will give me instant wood. There is nothing wrong with that for me as I have sex almost everyday and I rarely take Cialis unless I am "planning" on having a LOT of sex over an extended period of days. A guy in a "sexless marriage" and without any opportunities for "relief" the next day after a session, this could cause both some awkwardness and some frustrations for you. Just a thought. Last time I took 20mg of cialis. I just use it an hour or so before the meet.

Sometimes Cialis takes longer to work.
Solution to that is let it dissolve under your tongue.
Definitely works faster sublingually.
You didn't mention which dosage you are taking.
Since they've launched the daily version I've had much better success with Cialis.
Remember that Viagra has a few more side effects.
The drop in blood pressure can be dangerous depending on your physical condition.
I've found V helps me last longer but alcohol does a better job of that.
