I can't believe this has happened....
My name is GinaXXX and I own a small agency that operates in Denver and in Dallas, called Private Connection.

About 6 weeks ago, a gentleman asked me if I had opened a sister agency in Las Vegas, because he had found a site that was identical in text content and general layout to the Private Connection site at that time.
In fact it was so identical, that in some places they had forgotten to remove the words "Private Connection" and replace them with the other agency name, "Whisper's".
I left the owner, Jordan Ashley, a couple of polite voice messages to contact me, assuming that perhaps an unscrupulous web designer had ripped off the Private Connection site unbeknowst to her.
I also sent a couple of emails, in addition to the voice messages, with no response at all.
The only thing that happened was she corrected the site, putting her agency name (Whisper's) in the places where she had neglected to remove "Private Connection".
After contacting my attorney and being told there's basically nothing I can do unless I want to spend BIG bucks, I kinda just "let it go" and didn't put too much energy into it.
However, now when I visit the Whisper's site and click on "What's New!"... there's a pop-up that makes it appear that Whisper's is affiliated with Private Connection and has had permission to rip-off our site!

I have never spoken to anyone at Whisper's nor did I give them permission to rip-off my site.
If you get an error message when trying to visit her site, just keep trying, there seems to be some kind of trouble with the server they are on.
I am so hurt.... so pissed off... so angry!!!!! that someone would try to take a ride on the hard work all of us at Private Connection have put in over the years to become known as an ethical agency!
How can this person just come along and hurt our reputation without a second thought?
I am VERY concerned because I know that the smaller photos for Elizabeth of Whisper's were stolen from another Denver agency girl, "Ice-Lynn" (no longer around). Proof to me that this is a bait and switch (RIP-OFF) operation trying to tie themselves in with Private Connection!
Anyway.... I'm really upset right now and don't have a clue what to do.
Please help if you have any ideas.

PS: I have just completed a major overhaul of my Private Connection site, so Whisper's is no longer IDENTICAL to our site (although it's still very close in places!). However, this pop-up makes it seem like she's affiliated with us. Let it be know that we are not a bait and switch rip off organization!

OK... here's the update.
I spoke with Jordan today and she agreed to change the pop-up immediately, which has been done. So there is nothing left that I consider an issue at this point.
Honestly, after speaking with her I think that she has good intentions, but maybe is a little nieve about the internet escort community, and how tight knit it really is.
I do hope that she's not running a rip-off agency.... only time will really tell.... and I wish her all the best if her intentions are good.

I'm having trouble seeing that this is a copy of provate connections. What am I missing?
Miss Jordan was good enough to change her site and remove references that appeared to infer a partnership with Private Connection immediately after I went public with my complaint.
So I have no further complaints at this time! ;o)
Now let's let Miss Jordan Ashley run her agency in peace, and hopefully become one of the top agencies (NON-ripoff!) in Las Vegas!
