May be people will think twice, may be thrice if they are mandated to obtain liability insurance before they are handed a gun, rifle, assault weapon, shot gun and whatever else is out there to kill people.
If auto owners are forced to purchase liability insurance to pay for their mistake, reckless act why not guns whose only purpose is to kill people.
