BP and CL were once places of consideration and curiosity, but I seldom visit them anymore unless someone points out a controversy there, or I have non-hobby interest in their classified ads. Regardless of such, TER, supplemented by P411 and a few other websites, have served me well since the beginning. Tip: If you attend M&G's, and concentrate your attention on ladies you meet at them, B&S will never be an issue. Not worth it. Especially in big cities. There are gems if you are located in suburb areas, but for major cities like NYC, there are just way to many fake ads.
Not to mention "agency" or "drivers" who have multiple gals who would do B&S like you said.
I mean look at the ads yourself. You have to browse through 100 ads to find 1 potential real one. Considering the search cost, it's really worth to use TER to search and filter out the reviews. And the $30 vip per month cost is nothing compared to hours and hours you will put into search cost on Backpage + massive risk you are taking on in the first place.

Several years ago you could find some diamonds in the rough. Not any more.
In addition, don't be surprised if you Google a phone number and several different girls show up in the search.

... when Craig's List had a lot to offer. In fact, I met my ATF there and we stayed together for a good four years until she moved to Europe to further her music studies. Since then, CL has been on a downward slide and I would not recommend.
Further, as others have suggested, BackPage is largely a waste. Best thing to do is check the ads of women who say they have been reviewed. Then, if they leave their TER account # or their phone number, you can check out their reviews via TER and Google and make a decision. Warning: many of the women will say they are reviewed but check the reviews -- often they are completely negative!

You can search for "reviewed" or "reviews" and then verify with ter.
I do find that it drives traffic. I keep my ads very simple, and send them directly to my website.
I'm legit, but I know there is a lot of agency traffic.
However, it all rolls together...paying e@#$s a fortune, participating here, P411, BP...
And keeping a good data base to hold the traffic you drive together.
We just make it look easy!
