How about just American studies?  The guy is right in that  you don't do anyone a favor by discouraging  the use of  English .  I don't think he was advocating a law to abolish Spanish media. But he said enough to be labled by the lefties as a raaaaascist.

"By teaching Spanish, schools will prepare people to overthrow the US Government!"    I wonder if this As*hole's body parts are in normal places, LOL.   If anything, we need more vigorous expansion of Spanish just to ensure racists and uneducated rats like this guy will never be in places where they can inflict maximum damage to country's education, health, economy and social safety net infrastructures.

I am a roman while in Rome.   If you don't know most private sector and Federal / State Governments here in US have things in Spanish, you don't know what you are talking.

Proof positive, your post is in fact pointless, what John H, is calling for will have no bearing on what takes place, and is a non sequitur.  

The public school system should be an English language first, environment. When people immigrate to the USA they want to learn English.

When you hear GOP fools like this talk.

They forget we are a country of immigrants.

The only ones that should be pissed off are the Native American Indians.

This is more about keeping power and using racial fear to do it.

So it's nothing new in the GOP playbook!
