He had a white woman who was not even at the scene go and lie before the GJ! This is not over yet and that killer cop is likely on crosshairs.

The DA may have a bigger mess on his hands!

Frivolous Law suits often end up dead, like criminals attempting to murder police.
Daily Fools fail to recognize the truth, if you don't attempt disarming and murder police while resisting arrest, you will drastically increase odds in your favor, more days alive, to commit more crimes.
Whether you commit more crime after your release is relative to how big a fool you are.

I agree that this lawsuit has no chance..but even more disturbing is your apparent lack of concern that this DA may have subverted the judicial process in order to get the result e wanted....to protect a cop.

And if his main goal was to protect a cop, all he had to do was make the decision himself to not indict and not involve the Grand Jury and risk their decision.
If it is as you say it is, he was placing the cop in more jeopardy, not less

So now you know more than this grand juror on this case?
Also no one is above the law and there are some bad cops:

This DA has a long history of siding with the cops and witness 40 is further proof of that fact:

would make the legal system unworkable. In states where unanimity is not required, there will always be grand jurors who disagreed.
Legal action against the DA should only be allowed where the DA has taken a bribe or engaged in outright fraud. Otherwise we should respect the finality of the decision and move on
