For me, it totally depends on the lady.  CG or RCG allows her to control the action and the depth of penetration.  I'll do doggie if she wants to, but I'm not a real fan of it because I can never seem to get comfortable -- I guess because of my height (6'1").  Missionary for me is the most intimate, because most of your bodies are in contact with each other.  I love feeling her sweat on me and feeling it intensify the closer she is to an orgasm.  Also, you can kiss at the same time.  I love her legs wrapped around me.
