In a few cases where I already knew the gal very well, I bought her plane fare for her. Rates vary depending upon whether she was dedicating the trip to come see me, or intended to stay on another day or two and see other clients. In most cases, I send deposits. My only comment is "what's so special about this lady that you can't find someone like her locally?" Also, why not fly out to see her? Seems like a lot of "maybe's" to just get off. Just sayin....
