Couple of days ago, I had bad experience with one of the providers. I wanted to share this with other members on this board so they are aware of this NCNS provider. What is the best way to report? Is there a specific thread in TER? I saw one place for "Rip Offs" not sure if NCNS can be reported there since the meeting actually didn't took place. After she confirmed multiple times I reserved a hotel in NYC. She said she will do out-calls only and asked me to book a hotel. Then she didn't respond to my e-mails and she didn't came to hotel. She is well reviewed provider and she advertises here in New York and Washington DC Ad Boards. I want to share my experience with her with fellow hobbyists.  

I reserved the room after she confirmed multiple times. Hotels in NewYork city are not cheap. I had to pay for the hotel unnecessarily because of her. That spoiled my whole day. I have been trying to see her for a while now.
She confirmed and then cancelled four times. This is fourth time. First three times it was for in-call and she called in the last minute and gave some reasons to cancel. Now I am doubting if those reasons are really true.  

1. First time I came all the way to New York city from Connecticut after she confirmed then she said there is some problem with the elevator in the hotel and it requires key to enter. I said OK and went back to CT.
2. Second time she confirmed first and then on that day of the meeting she said she fell sick.
3. Third time was last Thursday she said she is free the entire day and can meet anytime and then I picked 3.00PM she later asked if we could do in the morning. I said fine and changed to 11AM and then she said she had to vacate the hotel by 12 can't do and then I asked if 10.30AM would work and she replied that she had to leave and go back to Washington DC. She suggested that we can meet this week.  I still did not say anything. I thought stuff happens that is fine. I told her that I will see her in a week's time when she comes back to NYC again.
4. Fourth time I saw her ad in TER and contacted her to meet this Friday(5/15). She said she can't do in-call but will do out-call. After confirming multiple times I reserved the room on Friday and she didn't come. I had to pay for the hotel. She should have at least send an e-mail. I sent multiple mails and she didn't care to respond.

Any suggestions on how to report such incidents?
