Terry McAuliffe is what you could generously call an empty suit. He's one of the vermin who used to run the DNC, the type of Democrat who really likes to suck corporate dick, so long as that dick is coming from Silicon Valley instead of Wall Street.

McAuliffe's latest bone head idea is to take away the concealed carry permits of Virginians who fail to pay their child support payments. If you're scratching your head wondering what the fuck the two have to do with each other than you're not alone.

McAuliffe realizes he can't do shit to end concealed carry in Virginia, but he figures he'd throw the social justice warriors and rad fems a bone (a feminist catching a bone is a hilarious thought, isn't it?), probably to boost his next to nil chances of winning the Presidency in 2016.

But in that spirit, I'd like to propose a few other things. After all, we can take away people's rights for all kind of minor violations.

We could deny people the right to talk to a lawyer if they have unpaid parking tickets. Or bar someone from attending church for a month if they forgot to pay for an overdue library book. How about if you fail to pay for your car registration, you're denied the right to have an abortion.

Here's a better one. Whenever a governor proposes taking away people's Constitutional rights, how about he loses his right of free speech.

...but which affects the privacy rights of everyone else as well.  All Californians now have to give the DMV their Social Security no. in order to get/renew their DL.  This helps the state find dads/moms who haven't paid child support.  Who the hell wants some DMV employee to have access to both their DL and SSN?

Why did you say "a feminist catching a bone is a hilarious thought?  Do you think all feminists are lesbians or do you think all feminists are too ugly to get laid?  How would you like people to generalize about all gun owners, government employees, cat owners, home wine makers, etc?

I'm not sure when I implied feminists were lesbians. I just think that gun control advocates irrationally fear guns the same way feminists irrationally fear a penis.

But yes, generalizing people is very, very, VERY bad! Super unplus bad! Isn't that right?

So which one is really worst between your current or former Virgina Governors?

The Former Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell and his wife are going to jail for breaking the law.

You are upset about something that is not going to happen with the current Governor?

Also having a gun is more important than taking care of a kid?

Wow I love how people will talk about Constitutional rights when it comes to guns but not people rights.

I enjoy guns myself but people should come first not guns

Freedom of speech? The right to legal representation? The right to a fair trial? Maybe imprisioning them without a fair trial?
So where do you draw the line on this?? They probably already have the right to garnish wages and lock them up for it. It really has little to do with child support; more of a way to limit firearms rights. Is it truly worth the time and effort to enforce?

So what happen to the family valves of your GOP party? LOL

You cannot be serious with that question!

I said rights shouldn't be taken away without due process more or less. There already are many ways to collect child support and I agree people should pay it; but because a governor doesn't like firearms and conceal and carry he wants to use it as a reason to limit someone's rights. Besides that it seems pretty arbitrary and likely to have no effect considering on average only about 5% of the U.S. population have conceal and carry permits. Let's say one in ten is a dead beat dad, so you are looking at 1/2% of the population. The first time one of these cases ends up in court all the good done will have been wasted on court fees and lawyers... Aren't there better any better ideas?
To think this has ANYTHING to do with actually getting dead beat dads to pay is a joke.

.    I have no issues with McAuliffe  doing whatever he feels necessary to compel  dead beat dads to pay their share of child support.

Parking tickets, overdue library books and car registrations mean little  more to America's well being  than a tinkers dam.

Safety and loving care of children are  most important to building a better future in any country.
