.. anyone who arms himself / herself with an assault weapon and hundreds rounds of ammo, goes to a public place and kills innocent men, women and children. Does not matter what country, whether you wear a turban or jeans, you speak English or another language, your skin is white or brown or black.So 140+ school children are killed in Pakistan by Taliban. Barbaric, Yes.
20 school children ages 4 -6 sitting in a class room (babies really) and 6 educators killed in Newtown, CT. 12 men, women and children sitting in a movie theater killed in Aurora, CO. 6 people worshipping in a temple in Oak Creek, WI are killed. Countless incidents of guns used to kill wives, children, fathers and family members, bosses, co-workers. Barbaric, Yes.
In all cases, guns, assault weapons, rifles call it whatever were used to kill.
How are we civilized, educated and developed and they are barbaric?

1) Gun free zones are a joke and don't work.
2) Lets have armed guards at the schools to protect the kids.
We have armed guards to protect our money in armored trucks. Surely you would agree our kids are more important than money. Yes, I think we are in agreement.

In Newton, children and adults were killed by one mentally ill extremely sad deranged person, who first killed his Mom and then the children.
The murderer can be accurately described as him, not we.
There were no "we or them " acting as assailants in Newton or Oak Creek .
In Pakistan a school was assaulted by at least seven barbaric terrorists killing over 140 people.
Those assailants can be accurately described as barbaric, or Faithful to other lunatics of their kind.
In other words, in America it is usually a solitary killer or two, not a group of certified
killers, working in cultural harmony.

In the case of Newton, or any other attrocity you can come up with in the US (or other western country),
there is universal condemnation, and no group praises a person who is regarded as a sick nut.
There are nuts in every society, even civilized Norway had one.
In contrast, the Moslem world has too many incidents to count. The Nigerian school girls, the killing in the subway in Madrid and Londonk, the Bali murder, don't forget 9-11, Boston, Fort Hood, the mass murders after the cartoons, the mass murders after the Miss World contestent said something.
Now let's start buses, cafes, night clubs, pizza parlors in Israel. We can go to the school killing in Moscow.

They did not dance but went to elected officials with money and had legislation passed making it more easy for people to buy assault weapons and ammo. Many states passed legislation allowing carrying assault weapons in public places, universities, bars, classrooms, churches etc.,
No remedy but more weapons!
