the guy can change things unbeknownst to us.
Sometimes TER reviews say no implants but when u see the provider the clearly have them. What is the best way to make sure the girl is natural?

Sometimes profiles are not updated. So if a lady recently had implants it might not be reflected in the general profile.
Also , there are some cases where it's kinda hard to tell the real from fake. Rare...but it happens. I've seen a couple ladies through the years who I'd swear were all natural only to discover that indeed , they had implants. So I'm not surprised others are fooled on occasion.
My advice is always the same in these matters. If you are phobic about enhancements , simply ask. do it politely and most ladies will give an honest & respectful response.

Just ask politely....now me I am all natural..curves in all the right places,,yummy!!
