If you do what you are supposed to and go into this thinking with your brain you can and will find quality gals in just about every area. Every place that people have told me is "hot" I have never had an issue and I am a long time player in this game. Be wise and stick with reviewed providers. TOFTT is not smart.
Boston: there are ladies in/around Boston back bay regularly. You don't tend to see ads for Cambridge or other parts of Boston. At this point Boston is so gentrified you have to try pretty hard to find a bad neighborhood. Parking is expensive.
West of Boston: many highly reviewed local ladies have in calls along RT128 (95 for the new to the area). All safe areas. Generally from Needham in the south to Burlington in the north vicinity. Traffic sucks. Avoid 128 between 7-9 am and 4-7pm. Otherwise you'll be late. But the RT128 belt is the center of this world in New England it seems.
West of Populated Mass: not much a happenin in area code 413.....
RI: Several gems down in little corrupt RI. Providence and Warwick vicinity. I feel dirty just driving into RI. Mobsters, strip clubs, little restaurants with back rooms, corrupt politicians.....wowsah. But you can have good fun in Rhody and they have an excellent Irish bar scene and Prov has some nice hotels to visit.
NH: Southern NH is rich in highly reviewed ladies. Nashua north to Manchester. All of NH is safe. General rule of thumb. Southern NH is probably second to the 128belt for activity on this world.
Maine: seems like crazy crap goes down in Maine. Police stings, backpage weirdness. My motto is; "Why go to Maine when you can simply go to New Hampshire?" Portsmouth,NH has good brew pubs btw (don't cross to bridge to the land of lobsters and stings).
Vermont: my relatives live in Vermont: Lots of cows. Some hippies, though they are old now. Plus: see my earlier motto, slightly modified: "Why drive ALL that extra way to VT when you can simply go to NH?" Hard to visit a lady when your only lodging options are some quaint B&Bs are your room is "juniors" old bedroom before he moved to California. Yeah, fine print; that's a shared bathroom at the end of the hall.
CT is a sorry excuse for New England since half of em are Yankees or Giants fans and need to be ex-communicated out of New England. Aside from that, Hartford, while a crappy little sketchy city, does have a decent number of highly reviewed ladies.
I'm from the Midwest and will be living in NE for several months. We do things differently out here than you all do. I'm looking for a little advice and direction for hobbying back East.
I take it that due to the towns being smaller, providers tend to congregate in large metro areas. Is this a high travel region?
I'll be in Boston a lot. I see a lot of providers there. If I'm looking for out calls are there neighborhoods that are preferred, or should be avoided? What about incall areas?
Any special tips that may be different out there?

There are actually quite a few ladies in the wild wild West, myself pointedly included 
However, it's not like we're stationary fixtures. Within any given week I'm likely to be found in VT, NH, Maine, the Capitol District, CT (it's barely a trip!) and of course Boston. I don't think my attitude towards wanderlust is a rarity *at all*... most ladies here would consider your invitation a compliment and be honored to travel a reasonable distance to you.
I love your love of NH though! I may have moved, but I'm still solidly in the granite state of mind
