An amazing player , aren't you playa lol , Pollie

When looking at the new reviews page, is the first thing that hits you the provider's name?  Or do you look at the ratings on the far right?  I generally scan the names and stop if something strikes me and then move to the scores. The reason I mention this is that I feel like I almost missed out on a tremendous find. The name Pollie Amorous didn't stand out or attract me when I first saw it. It popped up again about a week later with another review which I read this time. This lead me to the site, loved the pics and site ... You get the picture.  A few visits later and I think how is it possible that I almost missed the beautiful, witty, gifted Angel?  I'm just glad that her name came around a second time.  She's not to be missed.

Ladies how much thought goes into choosing your name?  Guys what first piques your interest in someone new when sifting through this site?  Curious.

Thanks

I often wonder what goes through some guys' minds when they choose names. I wonder how many lose out because their names are such incredible turn-offs! Especially the totally rude ones. But some names fascinate me and make me more interested in seeing someone.

I chose my name because I wanted something really laid back and approachable. In my previous life, I'd been a very exclusive, high-end companion and pretty UTR. Most of my friends were from out of town, and often out of the country. When I came back, my MO had to change because my life situation had changed, so I wanted to be more accessible to my local market. Softly Sarah sounded approachable and unintimidating to me. Seems to work for the moment. I chose Landon as a last name because it just sounded nice after Sarah. And I had the hots for Michael Landon as a young girl. lol!

Thank you Sarah. Your name has a nice roll to it. The adjective works well and it has some alliteration to it as well. I guess it is difficult to determine what will strike people when creating a name because we are all different. To some extent a name is similar to a resume. It's meant to attract you and get attention. I'm just glad the name Pollie Amorous grabbed my attention the second time I saw it.

It is not necessary  to share now yahoo or gmail, or comcast it is  or may be Ru.net , or Skype, or linked in .. it is irrelevant

I want just share story - when I was interviewing for naturalization by INS  officer told me - that he do not need to conduct an interview with me  because he now knows about me who I am  and what are my believes just based on my those two handles ...

I was offered 50 000 to sell those both handles to organization.

I did not .

yes it is very very strange for me - how come in all whole world I am only one let  s say on Skype with this handle?  and on lets say on the Twitter with this handle?
 No numbers, no dashes/slashes ..

Some people ask me if I claimed those names years ago - I say - noooo..
it is just in last 5 - 7 years ..

Seems as I am the only one who does see our countries together.

For me it is same love - or America , or Russia..
But you know well feeling when your parents do argue you want band them both? And leave them to your own world?

As I do not love you mama and papa ?

I want be alone?

I feel something like that right now.. with all this what is happening between Russia and America

I love both countries ... and it was reflected in my chosen handles.
But i may find myself lets say in Spain or Portuguese later in life.
Just love Latino music and food

does your name come from? Nissan G-TR man? Gator-man? Guitar-man? Gutter-man? Get-the-right-man? Lol!!

Lots to choose from there SS. That was good. It does refer to the love/hate relationship I have with the instrument. I receive so much joy from it but often times it doesn't want to cooperate with me.

one of the Sims practicing guitar- playing furiously, then throwing it down on the ground. That you? What genre? Who are your influences?

muse and wife of Gustav Mahler ... sexual muse of his friends first. and then his.. wife.

What is interesting  she also was a composer.

I am also was born on same days with J Hayden  And J Back. It is March 31.

Pavlienna I am  because this name is Slavic and is sweet as Apple butter.. which is in Russian sounds as Pavidlo ..
I love Apple butter and Apple cider and generally all kind of apples ..
In My country we do believe that if person loves apples he/she is very healthy.. ( One apple a day keeps doctors away)
But what else we believe in Russia  that if pregnant woman would eat a lot of apples during pregnancy her child would be VERY VERY VERY beautiful  ..
My darling mom ate a lot of apples:)

So it is My name - Pavlienna Alma ..
I know may be for middle American Wild west ear that does not sound so much warm and romantic.. but it has it all - and sweetness of apples and wilderness  and passion of the one most emotional composer we know- Gustav Mahler...Those who do follow cultural life and are  seeking more then just sexual Angles .. Those gentlemen appreciate me the most. I am interesting person what makes love making one life time act.

I also can not to resists but to point out one more lady here who might love classical music and  may know them well
sorry may be it is just coincidence but Chloe Boulez is sharing name with
Pierre Boulez- famous french composer of our century seems still living but 90 old.
I wonder if she is aware of this great man

I like that. Nice story Pavlienna. There is a multi layered beauty to classical music that is not always understood at first listen. It is complex and mysterious yet enchanting. Very nice!

BTW I know someone who loves apples and makes the most amazing home made applesauce. Ironically, I consider to be the most beautiful woman I have ever met. Both external and internally beautiful.

Thanks for sharing.

do know a lot of interesting stories and saw the world and people .. as to classical music ..
.it is ONLY one music for me from which I  NEVER will be tied ..
You know how it can be?
after an hour of some music you just want turn it off

Classical??_ days !!! Days can be on and never my ear will be tied ..
I have on my computer 389 days of classical music .. as well as  few days of lectures about composers.. It is fascinating ..
I love  most kinds of music  but can listen HOURS only  Jazz  as this  one and classical ..
..
When I am seducing my lover .. kissing him .. letting him cuddle and  and care me in his hands to bed .. OO dear god .. I do hear - this music

 https://youtu.be/64qChv57cvg

Or I may softly kiss him and listen Gluck, Minuet and Dance of the Blessed Spirits
https://youtu.be/4DFzLIKFeQ0

Then it be full orchestra or jazz band or rock groups
or folk chorus  in our  hearts....

It is why I love 4 hours of dates .. it is one blink .. as one blink of eye.

Thank you for external and internal beauty comment:

Great story, Pavilenna! I also like classical music, though not nearly as much as you do. I often play it on long road trips or when I want to be inspired. It's great mood music! And can be really passionate. I'm not fond of marches, though.

I really adore opera, and two of my favorite singers are Russian- Anna Netrebko and Dmitri Hvorostovsky. Last January I treated myself to a trip to NYC to see Anna Netrebko in L'Elisir D'Amor. It was worth every penny!! And every freezing cold step through the NY snow in high heels. lol! :) This is one of my favorite videos on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r-3dZWL9CAc (And, of course, the second one.)
And this is pretty hot: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=36vm2VoXuXA

Do you like opera?

Let' s meet darling
Yes I love those two as well and actually am singing almost all what Dmitri Hvorostovsky  sings( he is mostly  good in romances - as to opera - not really)
he sings with Anna too .. but she is opera singer while he.. I would say .. Russian romances ..

American culture absorbed and recognized cultures of whole world:)

I really glad to meet Americans who do appreciate  what the rest of world has to offer( and it is  why I moved to East Coast! Way of things here  is so intertwined with rest of the world   ..

Myself I really love Phillip Glass Artur Berger, George Gershwin .. and others of course  John Adams..( and I am not talking about president os the states in 1735.. but about living man now)

I love music  - all of kind ..- not just classic and romances ..I love rock, hard rock, heavy metal - all what is pumping energy and adrenalin  and makes blood run faster::)
But for now I want to share with you all one amazing song
( I do sing this myself as well )
( also not perfect -just as her :)

Kissess to all my friend

Maybe you can join me for an opera! :)

Music is really amazing for the soul. I can't imagine a world without it. I have absolutely no aptitude for singing or any instrument, but thoroughly appreciate those who possess such talents. And you can't beat live music!
