actually, you are in luck here... she is on my radar for my next trip to Memphis.
The agency is well known in Memphis and has a good rep... I have used them before myself, but it has been about eight years ago now...
As for references, call the agency, they will ask you some screening information and clear you for takeoff.
Do a bit more work... from the link you provided, do a search on TER for BOTH phone numbers listed... one for the agency yields NO reviews, the other leads to her TER profile with two reviews from clients/members that have extensive review backgrounds - hence my go signal on this one.
as far as not having references, contact them and let them know that you're a newbie. If you are sincere and can give them job and residence info, there's a fair shot at you getting a date.

Now here is an important tip!!! If you are asking for info about a specific woman (on a regional board, or the In Search Of board, they are not allowed here), post a link!!! R-W provided enough info for others to help him out, like sgandolfs did in this case.
Of course it is tough when you are looking for info on a lady in a city w/o a TER discussion board, like Nashville. The ISO board and Other Cities board seem to a useless wasteland. JMHO
