Agency gals come and go, and many do not stick around long enough to be reviewed. LE is is an unlikely risk, but until someone has verified her, the service may be in question. Searching the regional boards helps here, where mini-reviews and discussion of new gals often occur.

be safe to say that since they work for the agency that they must give good service or the agency would not want them on the team-This means the agency would prescreen them before they could list with that agency and therefore I would feel confident in selecting them. If the agency has a large selection of providers to choose from then I assume that not anyone of them could be LE. I am hoping I am making a correct assumtion- Just trying to play it safe-

Your assumption about LE is pretty solid, but those girls with no reviews do not necessarily give good service... remember, new girls come and go, and it may take the agency a while to weed out poor performers... stick with the ladies who are already reviewed if you are a newbie... it will only be a matter of time before a seasoned hobbyist will check out those girls without reviews...
The ladies with no reviews may be new and not reviewed as of yet. They may be great, hopefully so since they are with a good agency, but you never know. The agency cannot weed them out until they get some lousy feedback/reviews, do you want to chance being one of them?
Listen to this. I have been looking at a lady with a large agency, big city. There are at least 15 ladies. The one I like has two reviews 6 months ago. They are a well known agency, but not many of them have reviews, and he dropped what he had on TER. What gives, his agency has been around for years and he has got to be doing good, because his site keeps getting nicer.
What does that mean?!?
On their site he had all the different means that give people reviews for each lady. You could choose which one you wanted to look at. For some reason he took the TER icon down which gives them less reviews than before. One of the ladies is 38 and has been in the business for years. Makes a newbie wonder about the ladies
I probably didnt explain it correctly. I am looking at a lady on a nice site, in a big city, she is 38 yo, attractive, and has two reviews 6 months ago. I am new to the hobby and that just seems funny that she doesnt have many reviews. She has been with the agency for 7 months, listed only as a visitor. I had wanted to meet her but was told to hold off.
Assuming the agency told you to hold off, I certainly would. Pure speculation, but it sounds like she is just a part-timer, works a day here and there to pick up some extra money. Long ways off, but you will probably find her available alot a month or two before Christmas.

I suppose I used the word review in the wrong context. What I should have said is that I have
searched through some of the agency websites and
noticed that many have no reviews at all. I am
a true newbie to this but have found this discussion board very helpful and the comments
most informative in gaining information.
