I saw this in todays Review Journal. 4-12-05. It was under news in bried and can be seen at lvrj.com. I saw Veronica last year and have a review posted. I have no clue how old she was or her real name but this will add to what kadi said about the accident on Camino del norte in March.I did not think she drove either. I went and picked her up in southwest las vegas when i met her, so if this is her she moved to north las vegas.
This is unique. I don't know how many fatalities could have occured at about the same time, same location and date, etc. But the name released is not what I knew her as. She told me her real name was Natasha. She was 24 year old, and never drove a car and had no license. So the mystery may continue. She was the greatest though.
My understanding was that is was around April 1 or 2, not March, and that she was identified immediately which is why her friends knew about it. This doesn't seem to be the case in the article so I suspect this is a different person. What a horrible tragedy especially for her children.
There was a accident about those same dates that the female passenger was in mid twenties was killed when the driver went to the right and hit a fire hydrant. If I remember correctly only saw it once on Ch 13.They showed the car and the passengr side was in real bad condition.Do not remember what part of town for sure but I thought it was toward the Henderson area in south eastern part of Las Vegas.
