Your post will not be seen here.  Why -

1) The newbie board is not the place to promote or complain about a specific provider.  That is one of the functions of the regional boards.

2) You describe a scary scenario, but nothing checks out.  The provider name / city(ies) combo isn't known in the TER db, likewise the email address.  Of course you provided no help by posting a picture link, BTW it didn't work, that has nothing to do with the hobby (yes Yosimite Park is lovely), and a url link to eros's home page.  WOW, could you have provided less information?!?

If you have real concerns and a real warning to give to other hobbyist, post them on the regional boards where she operates, of course I would suggest that you provide more specific/reliable links.  The newbie board is for more general questions about the hobby.
