We've all been worried about our true identities being revealed. As the others have stated it is for the ladies safety which is undeniably important. Several options to get started are P411 which a lot of ladies use. You should also try attending a Meet-n-Greet. Also you should focus on a well-reviewed, well-respected lady as this is much safer than using a Backpage or random provider. I think getting the first 1 or 2 appointments will be the "toughest" but after these you can use these as references and "Whitelists". It will only get easier and easier.

But the hobby is much different in this respect from when I first started out over a decade ago, so I was just looking for the types of information I might be asked to provide (LinkedIn, etc.).
