Assuming you are a client, not a provider, are you asking how providers get reviews, or are you asking how you go about writing and posting a review, or is the question something else entirely?

How does someone get a review when there is not a lot about them on any review board

I see what you are saying. I was in a hurry. I am looking at a lady on a site, and there are no reviews on her. I really like her, but would like to be able to find out something about her. Where is a new guy like me, recently divorced to go to find this out.

Sounds like a good reason to avoid the lady you are looking at.  I'm sure she is HOT, and may come through for you.  But being recently divorced, haven't you faced enough dissappointment and rejection!  JMHO, focus on women who have a track record!

In those instances, you have to decide to either risk it and TOFTT or assume that she might be problematic.

One way to look at it is to ask how long she's been providing.  If it's been a while, and she has no reviews, then it's trouble.  If she's new, then the only way to know is to go for it.  It's risky but everyone [provider and client] has to start somewhere.

Do yourself a favor and find someone in your price range who has lots of good reviews.  If you are new it is really nice to have an experienced lady take you through it.  Someone with no reviews is a path filled with pain.  Let some of the guys who have been around take one for the team (TOFTT), write a review and then you can know what to expect.
Good luck and have a great time.

Post a 411 on her local board.  Someone will step forward if she is legit.

Since you are new to this, recommend you just steer clear of her and find another lady - no reviews is not necessarily a bad thing for a seasoned hobbyist, but for you as a new arrival, don't do it.
Welcome aboard, and try to remember not to let your brain get you into trouble:
