Is it any wonder. The court is a partisan as I have ever seen it. We have far too many 5/4 rulings along ideological lines that eroded trust in this institution. Additionally, the court is pack full of judicial lightweights, that were chosen to placate the extremes of the party in power. Can we really say that Thomas, Kagan or Roberts are pillars of the judiciary?
