60 and Over

I tried it once at the urging of a provider.

Didn't really do anything for me.

Good discussion on a previous thread about things like cock rings and penis pumps.  Not having used them, I'm a bit curious.  Do you wait until you begin to get an erection before you put it on?  Or do you put one in before stimulation so you "grow" into one?  Also, have heard that it's pleasureable to put it on over the one's cock and balls?  Doesn't that cause discomfort?

Also how does a penis pump work?  For those of us of the older generation we may still be able to achieve erections with the help of viagra or other medication, but it may not be as strong or sustainable without help.  Is there where the cock ring and/or penis pump can make a difference?

Great Question
I have been thinking the same. I take Viagra, started with a half, but graduated to 100mg...with good results(sort of), not as strong as 10 years ago(I'm not comparing it to when I was 20!!). I'm 63 year old fart. I think you get hard then slip it over, it keeps the blood in the penis.... I think! Have not even thought about the pump...not that old yet....lol

I've only tried it with one person on two different occasions, she loves having her dates use them. The way she applies it is when you're fully erect, right before she applies the condom. She'll slide the "ring" down to the base of your penis. It's alittle snug and it comes in different diameters, small, med, large and OMG. It's suppose to stop the blood flow and keep you erect longer. Don't worry, you won't get "gangrene" and you dick won't fall out. If you haven't tried before, it could be alittle uncomfortable at first. But you can get use to it but it's something I don't use other then when I see her. My feeling is that she knows how to apply it and does it so effortlessly. And yes it does work to a degree, but towards the end, I do feel alittle numb down there...

The theory on using a pump (vacuum) is that blood will flow into the penis when the air is drawn out of the tube surrounding the penis.  Then you quickly put a on cock ring at the base, which holds the blood in the penis.

Here is a good video tutorial. Enjoy!

I really like all of her tutorials. Good sound advice, with a mater of fact attitude.

She suggested cock rings. I have a bag full of the little O rings. Big ones, small ones, thick ones, thin ones. Some with vibrators and bumps for her pleasure.
I put one on my cock before arousal. I also have bigger ones that go around my cock and balls, just because it feels good to me.

It's been pretty much experimentation to see what works and sometimes I like the different sizes or shapes.
You shouldn't keep them on for more than 30 minutes. You need to let the blood flow for a while, but then I put them back on.

I will be forever grateful to that wonderful woman who took me by the hand, lead me to her bed and applied my first ring. Up till that point I could not get hard enough for penetration. It really is a different story now.

FS, the orgasm from BBBJ was one of the best ever. Thank you to my partner.

I am sure that you can wait as well, but that is how I have seen them used.  I like them...even younger guys can use them for harder erections and more blasting orgasms due to the increased sensitivity.

Simply put, when aroused, blood flows into the penis through the arteries if they  are open.  It stays there. There is a condition called venous leak when the blood flows in, but does not stay.
After ejaculation, the blood flows out through the veins.  The pressure in the arteries is much greater than in the veins (if the arteries are healthy) so you can apply the cock ring before the erection.  The ring needs to apply a pressure greater than the venous pressure but less than the arterial if you want to do this.
I use a cock ring if I want to prolong my erection. Get the erection then apply a certain size and strength cock ring which by trial I have found to keep the blood in but not interfere with sensation or arteries blood flow.
I do this if I want to allow my partner to keep me hard a long time so she can ride me as long as she likes. I have a friend with benefits who says my dick presses against her G spot when she does cowgirl.  She likes me to stay hard while she rides me and has  repeat climaxes. If I feel I am coming, I think about other things and the cock ring and thought control keep me hard for a long time. I ma lucky, my penile blood flow is still very good so I can do this.

The pop s a different story.

Yeah, I use a pump and am not shy about admitting so.  ED meds were having minimal effect.  Good for BBBJ but not penetration.  On the suggestion of a provider I bought a pump. Do not go cheap if you are doing so.  I got a prescription for a Urologist and insurance helped pay for it.

Anyway, pump does work as posted earlier.  It is a long clear tube.  On one end is the vacuum pump, on the open end you slide a cock ring outside the tube.  You need lots of lube and there is a device which places the ring on the pump.  Next you place lube on the inside of the tube so your cock does not get irritated as it expands.  IF YOU DONT, YOU WILL BE IN PAIN.  Pump until your cock is hard, slide the ring off the pump onto your cock, and you are good to go.  Rings come in various strengths based on need. So if low tension does not work a high tension will.  Ring does feel a bit uncomfortable at first but you will get used to it

So lets be practical in the use.  When I am with a provider the first thing I do after the pleasantries is prep the pump.  We move onto foreplay with all the activities, then I pump er up and off we go to the main event. Cause it is hard for me to cum with protection, I take the ring off, wait a few moments, then finish with a BBBJ.

Please feel free to PM me with questions.  Good luck.
