When visiting NYC (Manhattan specifically) I am happy to provide outcall to Brooklyn, Queens and the airports.

Astrid Stone is a local lady, a teeny-tiny GND hipster, whose ads always list Williamsburg as one of her haunts. I believe Kinky Robin Ardeur will also visit the 'burgh.

It's not inappropriate to ask someone who says they offer Incall/Outcall if they come to some or all of the boroughs - unless of course they specifically say "I only do outcall to private mansions in the Upper East Side" or whatever
