Saw review with 9-10's where the pics are obviously not her... and with hobbyist that have many reviews.

It is so obviously because the pics of are several different women and with different body types!
Some pics are of various models and some are from different women on modelmayhem.com.

Are hobbyist afraid to call the ladies out on this?

I am not saying this is true of all people with those kinds of scores, but when things don't add up, like fake pictures and good reviews, the odds are high that it's one of those 2 things.

mazing that these guys dont expose her in their reviews. What does it take to say she was whatever/whatever but she was not the girl in the pics.

I agree, that the reviewers should have said 'while not the woman in the pics, still attractive, etc., etc.  KK's first reviewer is a well known hobbyist in NYC.  I think this is a case, like the last time, where the provider was using fake pics to be extra discrete, and not because they are trying to pull a scam or B&S.

I attended a M&G last year and saw a very attractive blonde woman who seemed quite classy and sophisticated.  Unfortunately, I had to leave and didnt have time to talk with her.  When I emailed the organizer the next day to inquire who she was, I was told she was KK.  I recall being confused when I looked up her ad site and the pics didn't matchup recollection.  I simply figured it was a misunderstanding.  Now this explains it.

I understand someone wanting to be extra discrete... but then say that on your website.
Reviewers should also note how they may differ from the photos.
Also a picture should be offered in a private email.

the woman I inquired about was Blonde and a bit older looking.  She caught my eye enough to follow up the next day for with the M&G organizer more info.  My sense was she was a 9 looks, and come across as very classy and sophisticated woman.  The kind you would have a hard time keeping your eyes off of in a business meeting...  The reviews don't surprise me, obviously the guys were happy with their experience.  I agree though, women should state that the pics are not of them but are an accurate representation of their appearance and what you can expect

Blonde Kelly used to advertise with a stock photo of someone who looked similar to her, and in her ad, she very clearly stated that the picture was not her but was an accurate representation of her general appearance.

It was the perfect way to protect her privacy, but also give guys an idea of what to expect, without any deception.
