Actually the reason they cannot repeal are many:

1. There is no Congressional majority and there will never be
2. The President will veto
3. Next President will also be a Democrat
4. They don't have anything to replace it.

At this stage all they can do is like last time shut down the Federal Government.   So go ahead.

So hatred has given place to surrender and acceptance!   LOL.
