I don't know anything about Modern Demimonde other than what's on their web site ("Our services are designed to assist the entertainer in managing the administrative aspects of her business."), but I do know that 2 weeks ago Kelly was looking for a new assistant and apparently has decided on them. When I saw Kelly all my contact was directly through her. She's completely independent, with no "pimp" as you so delicately put it and neither is she part of an agency.
