I got mixed opinions on dis, when I take a girl out on a date most of dem bitches don't pay for shit. Men pay for most of da shit on a date. The whole "equal pay for equal work" bullshit mantra thrown around by the left is, quite simply, bullshit.
They conveniently leave out "experience." Many women leave the corporate world to raise children. The believe, as do I, that a child has a better chance of making it in this world if they have someone that loves them, rather than some stranger being paid to do so, raise them during their formative years. The downside of that is they fall behind men re: bonuses, raises & promotions.
And it was frigging hysterical that the press had to point out to the Obama Admin that THEY weren't paying the women that worked in the WH the same wages as they paid the men! lol. And what was their excuse? EXPERIENCE! So its alright for THEM to run around all over the fkin place and accuse corporate America of screwing women out of money, and NOT accepting their legitimate reasons for doing so, while they were doing the same fkin thing as the corporate world
First every woman would have to know how much every woman earns in comparison to every man who has the same job title. Then they would have to compare salaries. Once that's accomplished you would have to look at every variable involved as to why one individual is more valuable than the next education, experience, connections. I would say more skill equals more pay, less skill equals less pay regardless of gender.
I'm not sure how any of those things could be relevant outside of the work place?

My daughter makes $175k a year at DirecTV and the other male managers only make $125k. You know why? The Senor Executive VP in her division is a woman and makes $250k a year.
For them to be paying that healthy of a salary for a manager.
