One of the primary purposes of this site is to protect us from this sort of thing. I think you need to let us know who it is and include this information in your review to protect others.

I have never stole from one of my "guys" but was once accused, the guy eventually found the $40 in his coat pocket, but i always suggest (almost annoyingly) that they take there stuff with them to the bathroom. Sorry that happen to you, i would be fucking pissed.
there had to be 20 or 30, judging by the height of the stack. He made a point of going to shower, leaving me alone in the room with it.
The first time I saw that, I was momentarily confused, as I thought it was my gift. Then when i realized how much $$ was there, I just left it alone and queried him about my proper gift, which he produced in an envelope.
I thought it was very weird that he left such an obvious trap for an unscrupulous girl. When a friend of mine went to him at a later date, she told me that he did the same thing with her.

You must have damn good eye sight to see out of a shower (glass, water and steam), through a slightly ajar door and into a room to see her do this and all of this through the reflection of a mirror?
You caught her with the receipt in her hand (allegedly), that doesn't mean anything when there's two sides to a story.
Wallet, credit cards, cash (other than donation), phone, tablet, laptop, watch, business card, etc.
Early on in my hobby career, I left a wallet unattended, and a few days later had to shut down my credit card because it was being used by somebody else. I don't know if it was because of this girl, and I didn't think at the time to check my wallet to count my money, and of course it was too late several days later.
From that time on, I always take my wallet with me when I go to the bathroom or shower. Even with my long time regulars. I usually tell them what happened, and as far as I know, nobody has taken any offense. I just don't want to get into a situation where I have to wonder if a girl has taken anything from me.
That said, I find that the overwhelming majority of girls I see are trustworthy. I take a look at how my clothes etc are arranged and only very occasionally find things disturbed on my return.

How many hotel rooms do you know where you can place your clothes on a chair in the bedroom, go into the bathroom and have the door ajar, see from the shower (not the bathroom) and from the shower look into the reflection of the mirror which gives you direct line of sight at your clothes that are placed on a chair in the other room?

Take both into the bathroom with you if you are going to be showering afterward. Unless you have an ongoing relationship with the lady, and have established a sufficient level of trust, always be wary. If you are hosting, put all of that stuff into your hotel room safe...you should keep it there at all times anyway.
As for the incident you are referring to, consider changing your bank account number ASAP. I once had a provider (found on CL several years ago, back when I thought I could avoid the risks at the lower end of the spectrum) steal two credit cards, and even though I was fast to cancel them (15 mins. after she left), she still wracked up over $300 in charges in that short time. I had to write to the CC company explaining that I had called to cancel the card because it had been stolen when they tried to pass along the bogus charges, after which they removed them promptly. Still, it was a hassle, and lesson learned.
Lastly, you should write an ROB review. She did rifle your pockets, and you caught her with your bank account receipt red handed. If TER disallows an ROB rating, then rate her a 2...that will stand out enough to cause many of us to read it and find out why. Don't think you were the first person she did this to, nor will you be the last.
The best thing to do is to have a quick rinse before the session and leave all of your clothes in there, just come out with the towel that way they're in there when you go back
Unless I know and am comfortable with the girl. Had a gal pickpocket me once years and years ago before I found TER. Luckily she dropped the wallet after taking the cash. I discovered it rather quickly and found the wallet outside the car on the ground. I shouted after her but she had already entered the apartment complex where I had dropped her off. She only got 50 bucks but it was an outrage to me. And a lesson to be more vigilant.
