I think you have to get a review before they give you a provider's account.  

As for an ad...I've never even posted an ad on TER, lol.  I don't think the Louisiana board is very active.    

Honestly, the TER boards are pretty useless since they won't allow you to access the ones you'd actually use (the providers-only boards) unless you "participate" in others, which is not so easy when your area's board is a ghost town.
