 can that be true?

I lived in CO before NYC and i have had there 4 wheel drive big vehicle .. so to say - you be very surprised that your European Lady drove big truck there t was Toyata Tundra
so when I moved to NYC I of course do  not needed such big car .. so downgraded ..
after last year car accident  on Long Island -  drivers there are bad .. bad as it can be !!  as  kind of wreck less and as on drugs ( and can you imagine - they now on LI requesting to remove cameras from scholl zone and increase speed in school zone ..- only Long Island populations  can come up with such ..- check the news 0 I may be will post a link bellow about that)
so after driving last winter on normal tires this winter I am changing tires to winter type - just as you see on  this link .. but my question is - is that true that I need change them back during the summer? I put  exactly as this one you may see.. on my European little sport car now  but do I need change it back to normal in summer ?? who will tell me ..
( and as to car accident last winter on Long Island - yes I was born in lingerie - as we say in Russia - so
to speak lucky - my car was totalled to insurance paid off all and I took this one  sport german little one  and putting this wheels - see the link - can I drive during the summer on those wheels or it is jjust for winter ?? have no idea -

(keeping it hobby related)

Winter tires are formulated to remain more pliable in extreme cold. This pliability, in combination with a deeper more aggressive tread pattern provides better traction in the cold and snow.

During the summer, the high ambient temperature makes the softer tires sluggish and less responsive. The deep tread will also wear quickly during warm weather driving so you should change tires or switch to all-season

I should buy  those ones
 - so any way now too late -
Just posting this pic may be for those who yet to change tires ... for winter -
see that I think it is what I really needed...My car needed .. what I needed it is just perfect traction:)

There are heaver and give a better grip it also unnecessary use of the snow tires but if you going to use the car as a beater snow tires are fine

I rare if never:)
Travel as .. as travel- make plans and go  to few days .. be in one hotel and meet few ..

I am not spoiled and am VERY spontaneous  for my dates .. and
if i tell you how I do conduct business - some will make fun on me - as not enough bookings stay at same place -
but fact is - I take ONE let s say in Boston ..and lets say one in Terry town in literally little bit more then 24 hours ..

so count yourself how i drive ..
and of course I take more then an hour ..
if you asked come for overnight and you are in Boston an overnight is in Philly ? would you drive?

I do .. I did  and will ..
 I am not spoiled.
And as long as gentleman screens well  deposits ( and sometime not deposit)
I will make it for him from Boston to Philly in 24 hours

It is my price I pay to meet the best one and have real nice relaxed long dates ..as GF and B

It is pretty much just like shoes.  In winter when you wlk through the snow to shovel out your driveway or other things do you where your summer sandals?  No, you could but you would slip and get cold.  And in summer do you keep wearing your winter boots?  No, they are clunky, heavy, uncomfortable etc.

You won't hurt your car driving in winter/snow tires in the summer, but you will get marginally less fuel efficiency, your performance won't be as good and yes, they will make a little more noise.  The biggest thing is expense, you really need good winter tires in the winter, why wear them out in th esummer.

I live in Michigan... and we get our share of snow.  Three of our cars use all season tires.  One is 4 wheel drive, one is all wheel drive, and one is front wheel drive.  Frankly, while the 4 wheel drive SUV is best in deep fresh snow, about 98% of the winter the front wheel drive car goes perfectly with the all season tires. Over the years I have tried just about every brand... and for our little European sedan I'm now real partial to Continental ExtremeContact DWS tires.  They are great year round.

Good luck!

and how we drove in Russia in snow and in summer all on same tires  and with no roads as here ..??
 who knows ..
any way ..I drove this new tire car .. feels amazing !! grip!!!

we drive that around in the snow and there is never a problem.

Plus, my car has AWD.  Not as good as a true SUV with 4WD, but it will get you through 90+% during even the worst of winters.

Sorry for being biased, but I have a new car less than a year old.  You'll forgive me for still being happy with my car...and it has some hobby memories... :)

I want to share some joke.. .. about sex in the car.. but may may be privately ??
 as..
for instance  one joke is - which men are bravest men ?? French> Russians or Germans ? When it comes to driving ...
( of course everybody knows there no competing with American men who go to 4 wheel driving with hot girls to Rocky Ridge mountains  :)..
Share your story .. or privately or here but I am intrigued to know :
