Like others have stated.... It is highly unlikely they will come out and say that they do FS. Or do research....research... research....
But I wouldn't be afraid to ask as long as a few/all of the follow has happened.
1. Multiple visits... not once or twice... I am saying a regular gig.. or you have seen them 5+ times over a short period of time...ie: 1-2 months max!
2. You both seem to have a good rapport with each other...ie: mutual enjoyment and flirting.
3. Things seem to get hotter and hotter each visit.
4. Both are very comfortable with each other.

... Just visit one of the massage providers who also offer FS (under a different rate). Then you have the option of starting with the massage service if you want to see what she's like before opting for FS.
BUT the problem was, according to the lady in question, that she occasionally feels like FS but won't because it'll get reviewed and stated on here and then everyone wants and expects it. She was a massage provider, not an FS provider, who on this occasion wanted to fuck a client.
So asking on here is kind of a paradoxical action. If someone tells you that provider XYZ does then she will stop altogether or change identity.

It's happened to me five times. With two of the women it happened after multiple visits. Another one after a few sessions and twice it happened on the first visit.
The common denominator in all five was great chemistry.
I still see 3 of them when I can, #4 has disappeared and #5 is not available anymore.
As I see it, the best way to increase your odds would be to read a ton of reviews, focus on finding a good connection, make a list, see as many as you can afford, and don't expect it.

I agree with the others, if you don't have good chemistry then its 0%. Ive done it with two, one who did it as an upgrade and the other we'd do it as casual fun outside of her work. In both cases they made the offer, but if you have great chemistry with a girl it never hurts to ask.
If they are offended, then they should probably find a quick 'out' to the hobby, because it happens all the time.
... what could happen when the guy who asks for FS doesn't take "No" graciously. He could react badly right then and there, or maybe write what's known as a "revenge review", which would say that FS or even BBFS happened when it didn't.
Thus providers who have been through that kind of situation or know someone who has could get upset when a guy asks for FS when it's not on their menu... upset enough to put a damper on the session, maybe even boot the guy out the door.
Maybe one way to avoid hard feelings is to not ask/demand, but hint using a hypothetical, e.g. "If you ever choose to offer FS, could you please let me know? I'll be the first in line!" That way the provider knows the guy is interested in FS and can let him know she's open to it if she wants to.
