Apparently there was a big bust at several studios around town. They showed Escape 5 on the news, but didn't mention any other specifics. I'm new to town, has this happened before? Regularly? or no big deal?

Damnit! I visit Houston twice a year for great enjoyment at reasonable prices. This is sad news and my thoughts are with the many fine ladies who have put a smile on my face over the past two years down there...It's a damn shame that this is happening with the holidays approaching...bad timing for those providers that depend on that income for their families, holiday gifts, etc. It also hurts the Houston economy when those ladies don't have the money to spend on clothes, cars etc...Why does LE have to waste their time on something like this?
Hoston ladies just need to go the way of Las Vegas. Get rid of the pimp daddy spa's and go independent. If you read the story on the thread below this, you will see they let the ladies go and are after the pimp daddy owners. Not a bad thing at all to me. Let the ladies free and get rid of the vulture pimp daddies is fine with me.
Personally, I think it is a shame. My favorite agency in Austin is no longer in operation because of the Houston bust. They were not "vultures" - they maintained nice apartments and took care of the calls etc for the girls. The girls liked not having to hassle with that stuff - they told me so. I liked not having to hassle with the "phone roulette", never knowing if or when an indy would call you back. Feel free to go back to LV Sam.
Hope for your sake the "spa Daddy" doesnt turn over the rocords with your name on it. And how DUMB can these Spa owners be? For they dont have a clue that LE would know about Eors that gives the address and also about such boards as this. Talk about Dumb and Dumber. LE will hardly ever bother a indy not enough bang for the news to cover so not enough pub for the Mayor and City Counsil to show they are craking down on crime.!!!
