The court dates have been delayed. They have a list of clients. What are the chances of these clients getting busted?

Agency was busted in Atlanta about two years back and the owners have not gone to trial. I don't think the clients have anything to worry about give the time frame. LE has more important things to do like find out where they can have free coffee and doughnuts.

Waist of time and effort. If some guys WIFE start complaining and raising a ruckus in a community about a place, then LE has to do what the tax paying citizen want to some degree.
