You know Melinda, it's so simple to find your link.  All somebody has to do is click "Find Message" at the bottom of the screen on the National Board, and type "Melinda" in the "Author" box.  Then all your postings come up and look for one with a red link.

First off ...that I win the NYC 151 mega milllion.
secondly....all the best...happy and HEALTHY to all for 2004!

Thirdly...a new years' TER wish...on this board and all other TER boards...that when a subject gets good discussion as far as responses and maintains postings for the most recent date... that postings then get placed on the top again. It appears that many readers do not want to "next page " to keep a particular subject matter active.Comments appreciated.

Cheers and wishing a happy and healthy new year to all once again!

I like being able to click on the guys' posts (if they have reviews) and it takes me directly to where his reviews are and where I can learn more about him.

I would love to be able to do something exactly like that with the ladies' posts - maybe click on her handle and be taken directly to her profile. That would be so helpful and great!

It's so easy to click if I want to learn more about the guy, but if I want to learn more about her, it's a bit of a hassle (unless she posted her website link, which is why I used to post mine!) to find her. Being able to get directly to her profile would be awesome!

And, because it would seem to generate more interest for her, and impact her business; be more convenient for the guys, it could be a revenue source - for an additional X per year, she pays for that feature.

What do you think?

Great way to "cut to the chase".

I have many times became more intrigued with a provider after reading their comments on this board only to find no link.
Also, on those with a link, as Rick says you have to still figure out their home base city and what have you. Then the search engine needs to be initiated,etc.,etc.

As for my suggestion, its apparent to me that collectively, we just don't like to "next page" and continue great discussions.
Any thoughts?

As for the mega lottery, there was one lucky winner from Ohio.
Although my mistake was wishing to win next year...lol... Hey, you never know.

Cheers!

To be honest, I like being "Anonymous" with my reviews, and would only post my link once in a blue moon :) I have nothing to hide with my reviews, for I do get great ones, but I like the fact that no one knows where I am from, and just want to be treated like a regular gal :) But, I also think it's a great idea for that lady to have the option of having the reviews linked to her screen name :)

Happy New Year's

Mel :)

You can avoid the link by:
1. Don't email staff with your link
2. Use an alias

See this for Staff's explanation
http://theeroticreview.com/msgBoard/viewmsg.asp?MessageID=72443&boardID=12&page=1

But, what I am trying to say, is that i hope it's by personal choice, to have the reviews linked to your profile, not something where it's going to be mandatory. Also, I don't want to have to post under an alias and to be able to keep my screen name, when I post :) I think it's a great idea, so don't get me wrong lol :) Just for me, when I post, I like the fact that the majority don't know where I am from, what I look like, and that I am just treated as just plain ole'Melinda, some lady out of no where lol :) I hope that TER just keeps it as a personal choice, and something that it is not required to do.

People can find me that way, and that is not an issue with me, at all :) That is if they were looking to find me :) If I want someone to find me, I would have the option of posting my link :) But, that is the option that I like to control :) Also, I like that air of mystery, as well :)I don't want to feel that I would have to be forced to use an alias, when I post.  As I stated, I hope that this  feature,  is just an option for those who want to have it done, such as the lovely, Sedona ;)
